Code of Conduct

 Section I - The basics.

We are here to have fun. If you aren't having fun, stop what you're doing, and start having fun.

Be Respectful - not only to Guild members, but to everyone in game as your action may reflect on the guild.

There is no age limitation for our Guild, however all members are expected to act maturely and with respect. While the games we play may be rated Teen by the ESRB, Bunker7 is mainly an adult community. Applicants under 18 years of age must have parental consent.

All enlistments into Bunker7 are considered voluntary. We are here to have fun.

If an application is turned down, an explanation will be offered.

Section II - Grouping, Guild Actions and Behavior Expectations

The Group Leader is designated the Commanding Officer and should be respected as such. He or she is not a dictator, remember you are supposed to be cooperating. However, listen to the leader if her/his requests are reasonable.

It is expected that all members of a party involving Guild Members behave in the spirit of the game.

Loot setting, 'Team', and 'Interaction' rules must be established before the group gets involved in the coming adventure.

Loot rules for official Guild Events will be determined by the Officers or Team Leader ahead of time.

An invitation for a scheduled raid will go out 15 minutes before the Raid time. While you do not have to accept the invitation at this point, it is suggested that you finish up what you are doing, to make it to the raid on time. The Raid Leader will wait 10 minutes for those who have signed up for the raid, before looking for a stand-in. After 10 minutes the team slot will be considered forfeit for that player.

Members are expected not to pick unnecessary fights with people from outside the Guild. However, should the behavior of an external person in a group/raid be utterly intolerable (e.g. ninja-looting, verbal abuse), all members are encouraged to stick together, and, if appropriate, to warn the Guild as a whole against these persons.

If a problem can not be resolved please bring it to the attention of the appropriate Officers as soon as possible.

We are all human and we will, at some point, disagree with each other. Under no circumstances are arguments to be carried on using the Forums or Guild Chat. This means no spamming Guild chat with insults, accusations etc.  This causes more problems between Members and makes the Guild look bad. The same rule applies any other place where the disagreement can be viewed publicly, ie Ventrillo. All arguments should be taken to private channels as soon as possible.

The Guild Officers have the final word in any dispute between Guild Members.

The Guild reserves the right to change the contents of the Rules of Conduct at anytime as it is deemed necessary to do so. Agreement between the Officers and Guild Bunker7 is sufficient for such changes. However any Bunker7 Member can request a change.
